Collin Andersen began his career in the events world directly out of high school in the spring of 1997 for D&L Entertainment Services. He caught the event bug immediately and remained working events throughout college and beyond, becoming an event manager in the spring of 2001. After receiving his degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, he also pursued a career as a probation officer for the state of Colorado where he developed a passion for training, specifically in the area of officer safety and de-escalation tactics. While he was employed as a probation officer, he continued to moonlight with Argus Event Staffing, founding and managing the Argus Response Team in 2008.
In 2017, Collin was able to marry the officer training curriculum in the area of de-escalation with Argus Response Team training. In addition to holding the position of Argus Response Team manager, Collin also is currently the Event Manager for Argus Event Staffing at Folsom Field at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Collin's career in the events industry has spanned over four decades and is passionate about his family, record collection and the Colorado Avalanche!

Bruce C. Hack is a seasoned security professional with over 40 years of experience in both law enforcement and private security. His extensive background, including service as a United States Marine Corps veteran, a Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the Federal Reserve System, and Director of Security and Risk Management for the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, equips him with a deep understanding of security operations and the ability to deliver high-quality results. Bruce has a proven track record of success in leading security teams, developing comprehensive security plans, and managing risk. He is a certified protection professional (CPP) through ASIS International, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and industry best practices. He is also a certified ADA Coordinator, ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations. Bruce is passionate about security, safety, innovation, and providing world-class customer experiences.

Scott Malone is the Sr. Director of Global Safety and Loss Control for Oak View Group (OVG), reporting to VP Risk Management, D’Juana Thomas. He was hired in October 2023 and works remote out of Phoenix, AZ ,where he lives with his wife of 30 years, Jen, and recently GCU-graduated daughter Kara.
Scott has 30 years of international and national safety experience and leadership. He served 25 years in the fire service, rising to the rank of Deputy Fire Chief, and spent the last 7 years as a certified safety professional in the private sector building and implementing industry-leading EHS programs. For the past 20 years Scott has also served as a technical advisor and certified healthcare provider for International Disaster and Medical Responses around the world, most recently deployed to Ukraine, Israel, and Turkey.

Keller Taylor is the Vice President for Oak View Group at BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center in Tulsa OK. Keller has been with OVG for 12 years and prior to coming to Tulsa in late September 2023, he was a Regional Vice President for the organization based in Loveland CO, oversaw Blue Arena (Loveland CO) as well as 9 other venues regionally for the organization. His career began with OVG originally as an intern in Columbia SC as well as Philadelphia PA and has been in Enid OK, Loveland, CO and now Tulsa OK with the organization. Keller received his BBA from the University of South Carolina in 2006 as well as an MBA / MSA (Sports Administration and Facility Management) from Ohio University in 2008 and 2009 respectively. Keller completed IAVM Venue Management School and in 2021 earned his CVE designation. He has been involved in and served on the Board for several community organizations over the last 15 years, some including Junior Achievement, Partners Mentoring Youth, NoCo United for Youth, and the American Red Cross (OK and CO Boards). Keller resides in Owasso OK and has been married to his high school sweetheart Sarah since 2007 and has two kids, son Wyn age 14 and daughter Landyn age 10. In his downtime he enjoys riding his Peloton (inside) or road bike (outside) and hiking!
